- Covid Update: We aim to work together to curb the devastative effects of the Covid-19. As a responsible print-on-demand brand, we take proper precautions to reduce the spread of the disease while maintaining the high level of service.Due to covid we have faced many challenges. However, the safety of our employees and our customers is our primary concern. So, we always encourage social distancing at the work place and trying our best to deliver the orders in time. However, due to holiday season and covid there might be a delay in the delivery so we request you to have patience and we are trying our best to provide the high standard services.
- Faulty Items Received
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number. If the item deliver to you is faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we will send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need a picture of the faulty item.
- Not Delivered on Time
We totally understand it’s highly disappointing not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. Our orders are delivered either from our US factory or China factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-3 days of receiving it.And it takes up to 10-12 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, sometimes it gets delayed due to the post office issues. Every post office can’t accommodate the packages after a certain limit, hence, delays are caused.
We’d really appreciate if you wait for your order for few more days. We will always be there to assist you let you know about its status. You will have the tracking details to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order once it leaves the factory. So, once it leaves from the factory it will reach you.

- Wrong Size Received
If you have received the wrong size please check the order once you have placed with us. We have seen in most of the cases that the wrong size is placed by the customer while placing the order. In cases like those, please contact the support so that we can guide you with the procedure of exchange.
If you ordered the right size still got the wrong one, we will be more than happy to send you the free reshipment. Just let us know with a picture of it and we will be there to get it done for you.
- I ordered by mistake/I’m no longer interested
The orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Will you have more designs, style and products often?
Yes we will be releasing more design and products weekly. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals.
- Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide.
- How long will take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, there will be a 1-4 day of processing period followed by a 7-18 day of shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive your item. Shipment time vary per order, please bear with us. Don’t hesitate to mail us if you have any question regarding the shipment.
- May I get a tracking number?
Yes of course. All orders including the tracking details after the order is processed (1-4 days).Email:
firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number if you are missing the tracking number and we will send you at our earliest convenience. Please note that order number is not your tracking number.

- Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes, you will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order and another when your order s dispatched.
- How can I pay?
We currently accept both the payment and credit card payments. You do need a PayPal account to pay.
- What happens if we type a wrong address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at email@example.com and we will send it to correct address if it has not been sent out. Otherwise, it is not our responsibility to resend that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in correct address when placing your orders.
- Taxes and Duties
We are not responsible for the international taxes and duties that is the sole responsibility of the customer.
In the event of return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
